Our Story

So… Who the Heck Are We?

Great question. Let us explain.

Back at the end of 2023, Nick Malonzo launched Neowork Software — a solo venture born out of a genuine love for building clean, functional web experiences and digital tools. He wasn't trying to start the next big agency. He just really liked building stuff that worked well.

Meanwhile, Zack Burnham was doing his own thing on the creative side — graphic design, social media, branding — with an eye for detail that borders on obsessive (in the best way).

These two have been best friends since before the world went sideways in 2020. So when they realized they were essentially two halves of the same coin — code and design, logic and creativity — joining forces was kind of a no-brainer.

The result? Neowork Studios. A creative-tech company built on friendship, complementary skills, and a borderline unhealthy amount of late-night work sessions. Now we bring together code, design, media, merch, and more to help businesses of all shapes and sizes look great and work smarter.

Co-Founder / Director of Business Development & Creative Strategy

The eye behind the brand. Zack brings the visual magic — logos, brand systems, social content, photography, and everything that makes a business look like it has its life together. Detail-obsessed in the best possible way.
